RadiaBeam, in collaboration with Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory and UCLA, has developed a real time interferometer (RTI) for bunch-length measurements in an electron beam accelerator. Commissioning of the RTI at the Fermilab A0 photoinjector demonstrated that, for the first time, autocorrelation comparable to that obtained with a Martin-Puplett interferometer can be measured in real-time.
