RadiaBeam Technologies is actively engaged in R&D, primarily funded through the federal Small Business Innovation in Research program. Our work is focused in two areas: projects to develop novel accelerator components and diagnostics, primarily for the research market; and developments of accelerator technology for commercial applications, especially advanced radiation sources and detectors for medical imaging, homeland security and industrial uses.
Below are links to some of our larger R&D efforts.
- : an inexpensive, high-power industrial electron-beam/x-ray source
- : a high-resolution longitudinal diagnostic for next generation light sources and linear collider
- : an inexpensive, broadband terahertz imaging detector
